Why Erroba started

We saw companies that were successful in their business stumble over their admin and finance: numbers arriving late, a government platform renewal missed, an employee leaving and taking a whole file with them.

The problem usually isn't the people but the model itself: departments built around individuals, systems bought but never properly run, and management spending its time chasing instead of deciding.

So we built Erroba on a simple idea: one specialist partner running this whole cycle, with documented procedures and written deliverables, inside the company's own systems.
