Every deadline,
ahead of time
Saudi government platforms keep evolving, and problems usually come from a missed date or an update nobody noticed. We open and link your accounts, then track your licences, subscriptions and renewals on your behalf.
Following up from memory vs. following a calendar
When platforms are tracked from memory
- A licence or CR found expired just when you need it.
- GOSI contributions run late and fines pile up.
- The payroll file isn't uploaded to Mudad, and company services are affected.
- An expired iqama blocks the employee's services.
- Passwords left with an employee who has moved on.
When they're tracked with a calendar and an owner
- An alert well before every deadline.
- Paid on time every month, with a documented record.
- The WPS file uploaded every month.
- Iqamas renewed ahead of their expiry dates.
- Documented access in the company's name, revocable any time.

The first thirty days
We start by taking stock before doing anything else — most problems come from an account nobody knows who can access.
- 1
Week one
Listing your existing platforms and accounts, and who can access each one.
- 2
Week two
Putting access rights and authorisations in the company's name, and closing what isn't needed.
- 3
Week three
Building a register of deadlines: licences, iqamas, subscriptions and their dates.
- 4
Week four
The first status report, and a list of anything that needs urgent action.
Questions about government platforms
Do you need our passwords?
We don't work with personal passwords. We work through an authorisation or user access that your company grants on each platform where this is possible — and you can revoke it whenever you like.
Who pays the government fees?
They are paid directly from the company's account and are not part of Erroba's fees. Before every deadline, we send you the expected amount.
Do you guarantee there will be no fines?
We can't guarantee what is outside our hands, such as regulatory changes or a document arriving late from the company. But we track the dates, alert you well in advance and document every action.
Do you work with companies outside Madinah?
Yes. Most procedures are online, and anything that needs an in-person visit is arranged city by city.
How long does it take to set up a new company?
It depends on the entity type, the activity and the licences required. After the intro session, we provide a written timeline with the steps and documents.
