Preamble

Praise be to God, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger. To proceed:

Believing that sound management is the foundation on which businesses grow, and that trust is built only on clear commitments and disciplined performance, Erroba has adopted this Charter as an internal reference for its work and a standard its team upholds in everything it delivers to its clients.

This Charter sets out the principles the Company upholds in delivering its services, and the standards that guide its professional relationships and operational decisions — so as to serve its clients' interests, safeguard their rights, and strengthen the continuity and quality of its work.

Chapter One: Foundations

Article (1)Our Vision

That every business in the Kingdom is run with clarity and discipline, so its owners are free to lead it and grow it.

Article (2)Our Mission

We run the administrative and financial operations of businesses through outsourcing — with a specialist team working inside their systems, to recognised standards and with documented outputs, and a single point of contact who knows their file.

Article (3)Our Responsibility

To give every business — whether or not it is our client — free tools and knowledge that help it manage its affairs with clarity and discipline, and to keep developing them.

Article (4)Scope of the Charter

This Charter applies to the Company and its personnel in all matters relating to serving its clients. It is an internal document: neither the client nor any party outside the Company is a party to it, and its provisions create no contractual rights or obligations towards third parties.

Article (5)Authority of the Charter

This Charter is a reference for understanding and interpreting the Company's commitments and working principles, without prejudice to the laws in force in the Kingdom or to the terms of contracts concluded with clients. In the event of conflict, mandatory statutory provisions prevail, followed by contractual terms to the extent they are lawful, and then the provisions of this Charter.
