Your data
stays yours
When you hand your accounts and your employees' salaries to an outside party, the first fair question is: where does this data go, and who sees it? This page answers that in detail.
Five layers around your data
Pick a layer to see what it means in practice.
The relationship starts with a written, signed agreement containing an explicit commitment to keep confidential everything we see about the company, its employees and its customers — and that commitment continues after the engagement ends.
We work inside your system with accounts and permissions you define: what we see, what we change and what we approve. You can review or revoke them at any time.
We use automation and AI to speed up the work and catch anomalies, but your data never enters an outside tool without your prior consent, and every output is reviewed by a professional before it reaches you.
Your data and documents stay securely stored throughout the engagement and afterwards, until you ask us to delete them. The documented files and procedures belong to your company.
We work to IFRS as endorsed in Saudi Arabia, ZATCA requirements and the Saudi Labor Law, and we handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
AI in our work: what we do and what we don't
We use automation and AI to
- Read documents and extract their data instead of keying it in
- Match bank transactions and balances
- Catch anomalies in entries and expenses early
- Prepare drafts of regular reports
And we don't
- Approve any entry or report without a professional's review
- Put your data into an outside tool without your consent
- Use your data for anything outside the scope of the engagement
- Share your data with any third party without written permission
And when the engagement ends
An orderly handover
We hand over the files, documented procedures and access, so whoever comes next picks up where we left off.
Access revoked
Our accounts on your systems and platforms are closed.
Keep or delete
Your data stays securely stored until you ask us to delete it — and we confirm the deletion in writing.
