What the website collects

The website doesn't ask you to create an account. The Contact page prepares a message on your device and opens it in WhatsApp for you to send yourself, and the calculators and tools run in your browser without sending the figures you enter anywhere. The only form that sends data to us is the support ticket form: its details go to our support inbox, through our email provider, so we can handle your request.

Tracking tools

The website uses no advertising trackers. It runs on the Cloudflare network, which may log general technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and to protect the site from attacks — including the quick human check on the support form.

Messages you send us

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or through a support ticket, we use what you send only to reply to you and provide the service you asked for. We don't share it with any third party without your permission, and we handle it in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.

Client data

Data belonging to the companies we serve is governed by the service agreement signed with each company, and by what is set out on our Trust & Security page.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by emailing us.
