    How the benefit is calculated

    1. Article 84

Nothing before two years. From two to five years: one third. More than five and less than ten: two thirds. Ten years or more: the full amount.

    3. Article 87

When it is due in full

If the employee leaves due to force majeure beyond their control, or a female employee ends the contract within six months of her marriage or three months of giving birth.
